As we all know the dye-sublimation is a technique that allows the customization of print fabrics. It is particularly suitable for technical or customized sportswear, for fabrics and curtains used for events, fairs, festivals and customization of stores.
Our range is composed of machines for roll to roll applications for large production, or for small single pieces by adding a table, so someone may know that we are the supplier for heat press machine.
The sublimation process is a transition from solid to gas phase without passing through the intermediate liquid phase.
This process takes place in a calender or press at 200 degree Celsius. In just a few seconds, the inks (which are in a solid state making up the design on the sublimation paper) transfer to the fabric.
In case the fabric is not thick or impermeable enough, or when using pieces of textile which do not cover the ink surface of the sublimation paper, the ink inevitably stains the calender’s felt. Thereafter, the felt can stain other textiles, as it is continuously in contact with the cylinder of the calendar. If this happens, the stains sublimate again and again, causing what it is called “textile ghosts” or defects.
For this reason, it is necessary to add protection paper to the sublimation process in order to protect the calender’s felt and avoid throwing away meters and meters of printed textile with printing defects. So we also provide the high quality tissue paper( protective paper) and flated press machine used in the textile sublimation printing, anything need, pls feel free to contact us!
